Salesforce Integration

Esna iLink for Cisco integrates Cisco Jabber right within Salesforce, allowing you to see the availability of others, click to initiate IM, voice or video calls, and manage incoming calls. Esna iLink for Cisco automatically performs an advanced search on incoming calls and opens the Salesforce record and automatically logs inbound and outbound calls as activities.

Google Drive Integration
