The Esnatech UC platform provides a new scalability and redundancy option with the support for multiple voice servers. This architecture will allow the support of a maximum of 800 voice ports simultaneously as well 20,000 users.

Full Scalability

By enabling the this distributed architecture the application can go well beyond 100 voice channels and handle upto 800 live active sip session managing in excess of 20 thousand users. The distributed structure over 8 voice nodes enables 100 percent up time and live upgrades for mission critical deployments.

Real-time Availability

Geo redundant across your organization. This distributed architecture has no physical restriction and can be configured in across physically distributed locations. For example an organization with offices in New York, San Francisco, and Miami can keep their local phone system but be fully net worked together through the Esnatech UC solution that would have local nodes configured to the local PBX but networked together as one managed UC platform through the Esnatech HA architecture. Now each location can be a back up or Disaster recovery position for one another without any investment in new physical phone systems. In case of a site outage users can login in to the UC domain that would auto fail over to an active site where they not only can access and send messages but they can set their profile to mobile and now receive calls on their mobile devices

The latest release provides Geo-redundancy where the nodes can be situated in physically different locations in active mode ready to take overflow of calls or simply distribute call traffic over geographically distributed location. The distributed architecture also implemented “SIP POOLING” which allows organizations to pool all sip channels to answer calls from any PBX or resource, maximizing the efficiency of the SIP sessions and the managed call traffic during peak periods.

The distributed architecture is focused on the fortune 5,000 customers that have large infrastructure and need up time. Typically, these same people are migrating from a legacy messaging platforms, like an Octel 250 or 300. With the Office-LinX high availability configuration, Companies can deploy UC in their transition period, meaning they can have half the staff on old legacy PBXs and some staff on new IP telephony gear. The Esnatech UC solution can now network to both and deliver up time even during live upgrades. To add more value, The Esnatech UC platform also provides OCTEL user templates to ease the migration. Within these templates The solution provides a Voice Mail interface creator to allow our customers to make any modifications or changes to meet their custom user requirements. There is nothing out there today that delivers on all the requirements, from scalability, reliability and feature set like the Office-LinX platform does with this High Availability configuration.

The High Availability release is an add-on service to version 7.1 or above of Office-LinX and will work with over 100 different PBX and key systems. It is available through Esnatech certified partners across North America, Latin America, and EMEA.
