Unified Messaging for On-Premise Apps

Esna Cloudlink for Cisco also integrates Cisco Unity Connection voicemail and unified messaging platform with on-premise versions of IBM Notes (formerly IBM Lotus Notes), Zimbra and Novell GroupWise. With Esna Cloudlink you can access and manage voice messages from your Notes, Zimbra and GroupWise email inbox and from your smartphone.

Esna Cloudlink for Cisco runs in an existing virtualized environment and supports VMware Vsphere 4.x and higher and Microsoft V-Sphere. Esna Cloudlink is Cisco Compatible Certified for Cisco Unity Connection 8.5.1ES78 or 8.6.2ES20 and higher, Cisco Call Manager 8.x and higher and WebEx 27 and higher.

Unified Messaging + Actionable Voicemail

Access and manage voice messages from your email inbox on desktop and mobile devices. Resolve messages to your contacts to escalate any message to a live voice or video conversation. Share urgent messages on Google+ and Twitter. Bi-directional synchronization between your email and Cisco Unity Connection will turn off the message waiting indicator (MWI) on the deskphone.

Presence

Easily see other people’s phone status and availability in both the iLink for Cisco Chrome extension and Google Talk. See when people are on the phone, their location and with Google Calendar integration, their availability. Esna Cloudlink integrates with Cisco Unified Presence Server and Cisco WebEx Messenger.

Click-to-Call

Click-to-call any phone numbers or extensions displayed in any cloud application or web page. Dial any number and select the desk phone, softphone or mobile device you want to make the call from.

Instant Messaging

Chat 1-on-1 or with a group of people using Jabber IM through Esna iLink for Cisco. Easily add people to any IM session and share your location right within the chat window.

Jabber Voice + Video

Start a live voice or video conversation using Esna iLink for Cisco Jabber softphone. Make 1:1 voice and video calls, or conduct multi-party voice conference calls all from the web.

WebEx Integration with Google Apps

Use the Esna iLink for WebEx Chrome extension to schedule and manage WebEx meetings right within Google Calendar, start an instant meeting from Google Contact Card and Google People Widget, and move participants from a Google Hangout to a WebEx meeting.

Integration with Google Drive

Instantly start a Jabber group chat, Jabber voice/video call or WebEx meeting from inside Google Drive and Google Docs with the collaborators associated with that document.

TelePresence Management in Google Calendar

Book and manage Cisco TelePresence rooms and meeting resources from inside Google Calendar just as you would any other meeting.

Additional communication services such as inbound and outbound fax from Gmail and voice message transcription are also available through add-on modules.
