The iLink for Cisco HTML5 client is a Chrome browser extension that enables your users to leverage Cisco Jabber features like voice and video communications, presence, IM click-to-call and call management right from the Web and without any software.
Cloudlink 4.0 for Cisco is integrated directly within Salesforce. Cloudlink 4.0 leverages Salesforce Open CTI and embeds an iLink for Cisco plug-in right within Salesforce. Users can see the availability of others, click to initiate communications such as IM, voice or video calls, and manage incoming calls. For incoming calls where the caller’s ID is present, iLink for Cisco will automatically perform an advanced search on the number. Cloudlink 4.0 for Cisco takes collaboration in Google Apps to the next level. Cloudlink 4.0 and the iLink for Cisco Chrome extensions seamlessly integrate Cisco unified messaging, presence and click-to-call capability within Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Talk. Users can access and manage voice messages and faxes along with their email in one unified inbox, show their phone (on/off) status and calendar (free/busy) availability, and click-to-call any phone number or extension. WebEx users can also book WebEx meetings right from Google Apps. With the iLink for WebEx Chrome extension they can schedule and start WebEx meetings from Google Calendar, Google Contact Card and Google People Widget.
Cloudlink 4.0 for Cisco also integrates Cisco Unity Connection voicemail and unified messaging platform with on-premise versions of IBM Notes (formerly IBM Lotus Notes), Zimbra and Novell GroupWise. With Cloudlink 4.0 users can access and manage voice messages from their Notes, Zimbra and GroupWise email inbox and smartphone.
Cloudlink 4.0 for Cisco runs in an existing virtualized environment and supports VMware Vsphere 4.x and higher. Cloudlink 4.0 is Cisco Compatible Certified for Cisco Unity Connection 8.5.1ES78 or 8.6.2ES20 and higher, Cisco CallManager 8.x and higher and WebEx 27 and higher.
