Application
Transamerica uses the Telephony OfficeLinX platform to streamline several components of its day-to-day operations and interactions between its employees, customers and current suppliers. They have leveraged the TOL scripting module to enhance the way they manage their incoming calls daily and after hours. The multi-tenanting functions allow Transamerica to answer and transfer calls automatically based on the caller ID.
