When a user receives an urgent email or voice mail, Office-LinX will turn on their telephone message waiting light. Users can login to their Zimbra account from any telephone, using speech to access, manage and respond to their email, voice mail and fax messages. Messages, faxes and recorded conversations can be accessed from any web browser, any mobile device or desktop client.
