Regional Manager

(Reseller/Channel Sales, North America)

Founded in 1989, our mission is to provide innovative solutions that unify and simplify communication and collaboration in today’s hybrid organization.  Esnatech’s Office LinX technology is deployed to over one million seats in more than 28 countries worldwide.  We seek an experienced Regional Manager for our North American resellers and channel partners to support our rapid growth.

The Regional Manager will act as a sales liaison between the Esnatech team and our value added resellers and channel partners across North America. The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue though our partner ecosystem. This will be accomplished by the use of results focused field partner account management, channel marketing programs, partner program office/support and substantial executive level commitment. The desired candidate will have proven ability to sell communication and collaboration software solutions to both technical and executive audiences and must understand how to work with partners and value added resellers.

Qualifications

• University Degree (preferably an engineering or business degree)
• Computer literate with cloud based applications such Google Apps and Salesforce.com
• Proven quota obtainment and results
• Ability to manage projects with multiple tracks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills
• Enterprise software sales or channel sales experience

Software Integration Engineer

Based in Richmond Hill, Ontario—a Software Integration Engineer is required to join a 3-person software integration team within a complex software development project. The company follows SCRUM development methodoloy. The project consists of developing multimedia messaging and communication applications for the Unified Communications and Conferencing market space.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include: testing software, defining test strategies, writing testcases, writing bug reports, summarizing testing results and reviewing customer documentation. This position will require working closely with software designers, technical writers and technical support engineers as well as other members of the software integration team.

Key Skills Required

The candidate MUST possess the following skills and experience

• Minimum 2 years experience providing testing in a Windows 2000/XP/2003/2008 environment
• Good written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork
• Resourcefulness and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
• Ability to pay close attention to details

The candidate SHOULD posess the following skills and experience

• Experience with telephony and multimedia messaging (voice, fax, text and speech recognition)
• Previous experience in a software development company

Educational Experience

• Completion of Engineering or Computer Science degree
